Information you choose to send

The contact form collects your name, email and property-support details. Company, phone and additional notes are optional. Blue Stripe uses this information to respond to the inquiry and discuss the requested services. Please do not include access codes, passwords or sensitive tenant information.

Form processing and email

Forms are submitted to FormSubmit and routed to patrick@bluestripeonsite.com. FormSubmit provides form processing, spam checks and automated confirmations, and may use Google reCAPTCHA during submission. Their processing takes place under their own privacy terms. Website operation

The hosting server may record standard request information, including IP address, requested URL and browser details, to operate and protect the site. A short-lived marker in your browser’s session storage distinguishes a return from the form provider from a direct visit to the thank-you page. It contains no form-field values.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics is not currently enabled. If enabled later, this site is prepared to request your choice before loading analytics. Optional measurement would cover page visits and interactions such as a completed form return, an email-link click or sample-report engagement—not the details typed into the form. Your choice would be stored locally and could be changed using Cookie preferences in the footer.
